SPS Performance Awards - excellence in global express delivery

The Cooperative's SPS performance awards recognise and reward outstanding SPS service.

Five key performance indicators are measured for each operator and then reviewed and confirmed by an independent third-party auditor.

2025 SPS performance award winners

The SPS Cooperative presents Gold, Silver and Bronze awards to operators that provide an excellent SPS service for worldwide partners in the SPS delivery network. Congratulations to the 2024 award winners:

  • Gold: Malaysia, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.
  • Silver: Ethiopia, Ghana, Myanmar and Viet Nam.
  • Bronze: no recipients for 2025.

The 2025 award ceremony will take place at the SPS Cooperative General Assembly in April 2026.

Note there were no SPS Performance Awards for 2020. SPS member operators agreed with the SPS Cooperative Board's recommendation to suspend the SPS Performance Awards for 2020 in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Gold: Latvia.

  • Bronze: Brazil, Gibraltar, Japan, Lebanon, Maldives, Myanmar, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu.

  • Gold: Georgia, Latvia and Viet Nam.
