SPS Cooperative Symposia and Workshops
Communicating SPS initiatives is a priority for the SPS Cooperative. Postal operators from all around the world and stakeholders take part in SPS Cooperative symposia, training and workshops.
Since 2001, the SPS Cooperative has successfully organized events to support SPS operators in their work to strengthen their SPS service for customers worldwide. The events aim to ensure that participants:
- Collaborate strategically to grow the SPS business,
- Understand the need to provide a high quality SPS service,
- Recognise the important service elements of SPS,
- Interpret performance data to identify gaps and agree on action plans to make improvements, both to address immediate issues and on an ongoing basis.
In addition, regular online regional teleconferences which have allowed operators to innovate to identify ways to improve SPS for customers worldwide.

The restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic meant that all regional events moved to monthly online regional teleconferences which have allowed operators to innovate to identify ways to improve SPS for customers worldwide.
