2025 awards shine light on excellent SPS operators

Twenty‑five SPS operators will be presented with SPS awards for their outstanding performance in 2025 at the 29th SPS Cooperative General Assembly, taking place on 23–24 April. This exceptional group represents the highest standards of SPS performance and customer care.

Each year, members vote to adopt new and more rigorous award criteria, ensuring that the SPS Cooperative continues to drive SPS excellence and improve service quality. The 2025 award winners have achieved the strongest overall SPS performance ever recorded by the SPS Cooperative.

Special recognition goes to those operators who have won awards consistently over multiple years, demonstrating unwavering commitment to delivering an excellent SPS service to their customers.

The performance and customer care achievements of this year’s award winners have set a new benchmark for quality across the global SPS network. All SPS Cooperative members are encouraged to build on this momentum and strive to become award winners in 2026.

2025 SPS Performance Awards winners

Gold: Malaysia, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.

Silver: Ethiopia, Ghana, Myanmar and Viet Nam

Many of the SPS Performance Award winners have been recognized as active users of SPS SMART, the SPS Cooperative’s reporting system, using it to closely monitor their performance.

2025 SPS Customer Care Awards winners

In order of ranking, starting with the country ranked highest based on customer service response quality: Qatar, Oman, Ethiopia, Benin, Kiribati, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Macao (China), Saudi Arabia, Viet Nam, Egypt, Jordan, Cambodia, Ghana, Togo, Mauritius, Bhutan and Singapore.
